Pediatric Occupational Therapist (independent contractor)

Small, mobile, community-based OT practice looking for a contract therapist to grow with us. We work with children and families in the greater Richmond area, working one-on-one and also with groups. The families we see are engaged, grateful, eager to understand how to support their kids, and ready to do the work. This is a perfect opportunity for:

• Occupational Therapy Practitioners (OTPs) who are also parents / caregivers of young kids
• OTPs rebuilding after burnout who want meaningful, lower-intensity work
• OTPs pursuing certifications (SI, DIR/Floortime, IMH-E) who need fewer hours while studying
• OTPs seeking true relationship-based practice in homes, schools, and community settings—without productivity quotas
• OTPs earning a second income for their household but not chasing full-time work
  
• Semi-retired OTPs wanting to stay clinically active without full-time hours
